The story began in 1992, with the company being founded as an IT business. It held exclusive retail franchises for renowned brands such as Compaq, HP, IBM, Lenovo, and Toshiba Ventures, while also serving as a trusted T2 partner across various government verticals.
Launched the first residential project spread across 85 acres.
Following the tremendous success of its previous ventures, the company embarked on a series of subsequent launches. The debut in the commercial sector was marked by the launch of Landmark Cyber Park in Gurugram.
Expansion of the residential portfolio with three new projects, delivered Landmark Cyber Park successfully, launched Landmark House for Grade A offices, introduced Joystreet in retail, and created co-working spaces with Plus Offices and VentureX.
