Amit has over 10 years of experience in IT and Real Estate Projects, specializing in software product development as well as BPO operations for North America. Expanding the existing Landmark Group’s IT business in India, started software development, BPO and consulting business in New York City in 2000. Panache and élan of Amit is in Finance and Project Management. Verifying operational efficiency levels & recommending cost control measures for improvement in accounting and finance processes. Development of MIS / Management control reports to ensure and efficient & effective management at divisional level and corporate levels.

Working on various assignments encompassing corporate strategy development, fund raising and joint venture partnerships for major Real Estate & Construction projects. Assisting Landmark Group at various levels in financial structuring, working capital management, viability studies, supervision, monitoring of project activities, raising resources from domestic & foreign FIs & banks.

Achievements:
Upneet has over 15 years of experience in planning & implementation of projects in the field of Animal Husbandry & Dairying. He has supported various small to large sized projects on hi-tech Dairy Farming ranging from 50 to 3000 dairy animals. The projects include Dairy Cattle, Buffaloes and Goats.

His other strengths include techno-economic feasibility studies, detailed project reports, farm planning, expansion schemes, technology search, technology evaluation, appraisal and project finance, efficient farm layouts, fodder planning & feeding management, selection and breeding of animals, farm waste management, biogas production, Clean milk production, training to manpower, and International collaborations, etc. His recent achievements include planning and implementation of the largest commercial goat farming project in Khajuraho, Madhya Pradesh with 12000 goats.

Chartered Accountant with 30 years experience in practice of Chartered accountancy is the Statutory Auditors and Tax consultant of M/s Landmark Apartments Pvt Ltd since its incorporation. A commerce graduate from Punjab University and after qualifying CA in 1973 he started private practice as CA and has 30 years experience in Statutory and Internal Audit of manufacturing, processing, infrastructure, builders, trading and service companies Private as well as Public Limited Companies etc. Tax Audit and Stock Audit of Private as well as Public Limited Companies, Partnership Firms and Individual Concern.
He has also conducted statutory audits of many branches of Nationalised Banks likeState Bank of India, Central Bank of India, Canara Bank, Punjab National Bank, The Bank of Rajasthan Limited etc. Presently Concurrent Auditor of Karnataka Bank Ltd., Gurgaon branch.

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 14 years of vast experience in Statutory and Internal Auditing, Income Tax planning, Investment planning, Portfolio Management, Project reporting, Feasibility study of Projects and Project funding, Accounting Systems and procedures, Taxation matters, Management information systems and personnel administration systems and procedure, Sales Tax Matters, Service Tax Matters, Income Tax and Company Law with Registration, follow-up with Banks / Financial Institutions for arranging finance for the project for manufacturing, processing, infrastructure, builders, trading and service companies Private as well as Public Limited Companies etc. Tax Audit and Stock Audit of Private as well as Public Limited Companies, Partnership Firms, Individual Concern and Nationalized Banks. Narinder is an internal auditor and tax consultant to Landmark Group handling all accountancy, internal auditing and tax consultancy.

Ravinder has over 5 years of experience in Cattle health and management. He started his professional career as a Veterinary Officer with the prestigious Progressive Farmers Association of Punjab. He was the In-charge of the mobile Veterinary Clinic operated by the PFA for its dairy farmer members in Punjab. During his term with PFA, Ravinder was responsible to visit various dairy farms to perform routine animal health checkups, perform de-worming and vaccination to the dairy animals, diagnose and prescribe treatment to sick animals, perform artificial insemination, advise farmers on farm management practices, perform minor surgeries, etc.
