Why We Have This Policy

We created this policy to prevent the spread of wrong, misleading, or unverified information. False information can cause confusion, dissatisfaction, or unrest among our clients and the community.

Content Approval is Required

To ensure accuracy and quality, anyone planning to post information, videos, or blogs about Landmark's upcoming or ongoing projects must first get written approval.

This includes, but isn't limited to, posts about:

  • ✓ Labour information
  • ✓ Structural details
  • ✓ Employee disclosures
  • ✓ Any other project-related topics

How to Get Approval

  • Email Us: Send an email to [Email] detailing your specific requirement and the purpose of your post.
  • Shooting Content: If approved, any video or audio recording must be conducted at the designated date and time and in the presence of an authorized Landmark Group official.
  • Final Review: Before uploading the content to any social media platform or channel, both the unedited and edited versions must be sent to the Landmark Group for a final review and approval.
  • Use Approved Content Only: Only the version approved by the Landmark Group can be published.

Your Responsibility as a Content Creator

If you create content about the Landmark Group, you are responsible for ensuring only the approved version is published.

Landmark Group reserves the right to ask for and store all related material, including the original, uncut, and unedited video/information, for future use.

Policy Enforcement

Landmark Group will pursue legal action under the Civil, Cyber, and Criminal Laws of the Republic of India against any person, group, or entity that publishes content about our projects without obtaining prior written approval.
